91/710

Compared to what we have seen neither Jaime nor I are particularly impressed with this interchange. However, Jaime did like the long sweeping arch ("I consider a step of personal growth") which extends from the 710 S to the 91 E. It was neat. I guess I would have liked to see it a little higher, that’s all. One thing I like about this interchange was the different kind of railing found. On some bridges you would see the old-style mission railing (built between the 1920s and late 1950s) and yet other bridges would be equipped with the more modern concrete frame with round bar (built between the late 1950s and late 1960s). This gives a window into the history and evolution of this overpass.
